At Christ Community Church we value authentic worship and biblical teaching. Every worship gathering will have a portion of time devoted to corporate singing and a portion of time devoted to preaching from God's Word. The music is led by a worship leader, along with a live band, featuring current praise and worship music designed to stir our hearts toward Jesus. The teaching is always Gospel focused and addresses the real, practical issues of life and faith. From time to time we will throw in other creative elements to keep things interesting. You can expect to be both challenged and encouraged by Pastor Brian and the good news of the Gospel. The Sunday service lasts for approximately 75 minutes. You will find a friendly environment where everyone is welcome.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE
Our worship services start at 9am and 10:30am on Sunday mornings. Please plan on arriving to at least 10-15 minutes before the service starts. That will give you time to park, check your kids into C3 Kids and grab a cup of coffee before the service begins. We’ll give you a heads up when we’re about to begin.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR
Don’t worry about wearing your "Sunday best” to Christ Community. We dress very casually around here, so you can leave that tie at home. Very likely our pastor will be wearing blue jeans, and when the weather warms up, you might even see him in shorts from time to time.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS
When you enter our building, you will want to go ahead and check-in your child/children. (Look for the C3 Kids sign). You won't take them to their class yet though. All the kids start the morning in worship with the adults. During our welcome, your child will be dismissed back to the kids area, or you can take them to their class. While you are learning with the adults, your child will experience age-appropriate teaching, music and fun activities designed to introduce them to being a follower of Jesus. C3 Kids is led by volunteers who will be there each week to care for and love on your child. After the service you can pick up your child where you dropped them off!
